    Amazing service!

    Updated…Purchased this on August 30, installed second week of September and today December 14th turned on to see water leaked into the inside.
    Sent email to company and waiting on a response.

    Company responded within minutes to my email and asked for photos. I sent photos and was told it was not an issue with water leaking but an impact caused the LED to break and leak? I know nothing ever hit/impacted the TV since it was delivered to me. Perhaps during shipping? But I will say Winnie the manufacturer representative help me request a replacement. I had my new TV within a few days! So I am very happy to say that Haocrown by the product and made it right! Thank you so much.

    So if you do decide to purchase from this company here is what I will tell you.

    You get TV all cords and mounting hardware with purchase!

    Nice tv, is clear and sounds good. Gave a low rating as the processor seams really slow using the integrated apps such as netflix. Had to add fire stick to watch netflix so that there is no lag.

    As the product has been transported for a period of time, the APP version is too low, it needs to update.

    When using the TV for the first time, please tear off the outer film and check whether the APP is the latest version. You can uninstall the app again and download the latest version from the Google Play to use it.
