Return for personal reasons is not supported in the following cases:
- Any goods not sold on this website;
- The product has been used or damaged / label / original protective film has been removed / product size has been changed;
- Exceeding the acceptance time limit (if the customer service is not contacted within 30 days after signing in, the after-sales application will not be allowed);
- Due to force majeure during transportation, the goods are slightly damaged, but normal use is not affected;
- Any product quality problems caused by the abnormal use and storage of customers;
- Goods in gift bags or suits cannot be returned in part;
- Other goods that do not support the return of goods according to the law or the detailed rules of this website and the commodity details page shall not be returned.
After-sales maintenance
All goods of the mall are sent out from China. If you cannot use or affect the normal use due to non-human reasons during the use process after you sign in:

As the United States can not provide maintenance services, you can contact other regular repair points for repair. After repair, you can contact our customer service with a formal invoice. Our customer service will reimbursement this part of the cost for you. However, please note that the maintenance cost should not exceed 10% of the price of the commodity. If the excess is exceeded, you should bear it by yourself.
